Yoga at FASST is an all levels vinyasa yoga class focusing on breathing with movement, increasing the mind-body connection, flexibility and balance. Yoga is for everyone and is about you being in your body. It can improve mobility, pain, tension, stress, and even depression. For ATHLETES, yoga can reduce risk of injury, increase focus, strength and flexibility. Join us for all ages every Saturday morning. We offer an adult yoga class which athletes are welcome to attend too and a sports yoga that will be more for our beginner athletes that really struggle with flexibility and balance. 

Yoga: 8am to 9am (every Saturday) 

Adults: $10 per session 

Middle & High School Athletes: $7 per session 

Tiffany Laing 

Yoga Instructor, RYT 200 

Tiffany came to practice yoga after stress and anxiety had seemed to be taking over her life. Seeking a way to help the mind-body connection she stepped onto her mat for her first yoga practice. Each practice prior to that she learned how to breathe through the poses and practice creating not only physical endurance but mental endurance, flexibility, balance and peace of mind. Tiffany completed her RYT 200 at Shine Yoga in Winchester, VA under the care and guidance of Caroline Felix and Amy Gwinner. She is inspired to bring yoga to others in a fun, safe and peaceful environment.
