LEVEL 1: FAMILY PACKAGES / COUPLES PACKAGE

Parents, you sacrifice time and money for the success and happiness of your children. In reality, good nutritional habits start at home. This is a great way to support and encourage any family member(s) goals. Whether it would be the young athlete's nutritional needs or the parent(s) need to keep up with the busy family demands. This package combines nutritional coaching for the athlete(s) as well as the parent(s) that need the aid in reaching their own health/nutritional goals.

LEVEL 2: SPORTS PERFORMANCE NUTRITION

As an athlete your body needs the proper consumption of nutrients and fluids. "You cannot expect you body to perform like a race car without proper fuel in the tank "you train for hours a day in and out for months to prepare your mind and body for sport-specific events. Having vital nutrition allows your body to performa in a cover at its best.

KITCHEN RESCUE

Kitchen rescue is just how it sounds. Oliver will come in and do an overhaul in your kitchen pantry and refrigerator!! He will teach you how to read nutritional labels, take you on grocery tours and teach you how to meal plan and meal prep. Oliver will help you prepare your meals for the busy individual and/or family and keep consistency to reach your health and nutritional goals.
