Summary for Strength Training 101


         This class will focus on mastering the basic movements and functions of the most common lifts for the beginner lifter. They will learn the proper coordination, muscle control, and weight room etiquette. Lifts this class will focus on and branch off of are barbell bench press, back squat, and deadlift. We want to teach these athletes what muscles we are firing and want to activate in each lift to maximize the athlete’s potential. The main goal is to get each athlete to reach their full potential and achieve their weight room goals.

Dumbbell Lifts

  • Bench Press

  • Frontal/Lateral Raises

  • Single Arm Rows

Isolation Movements

  • Leg Curls/Extensions

  • Single Arm Bench

  • Others

Price: $15 per session


Length: The program will go on for four weeks running two sessions per week. A total of 8 sessions.
