SESSION SCHEDULE

LEARN MORE

FASST Foundations Training offers athletes ages 7 to 10 structured 60-minute sessions focused on movement and strength. We provide 4 hours of training each week so families can choose times that fit their schedules. Every session is led by a certified sports performance coach with a 12:1 athlete-to-coach ratio and programming built around each athlete’s evaluation results. This program is our most popular because it provides high training volume at a competitive price and offers the flexibility young athletes need.

Each athlete begins with a brief warm-up followed by an FMS (Functional Movement Screening) to assess movement quality, mobility, and flexibility. The FMS includes seven movements: overhead squat, hurdle step-over, inline lunge, shoulder mobility, active straight-leg raise, trunk stability push-up, and rotary stability. After the FMS, athletes complete baseline performance testing, which may include broad jump, vertical jump, approach jump (for volleyball or basketball), sprints (10, 20, and 40 yards), pro-agility (5-10-5), and other assessments as needed.

Testing is a core part of the program. Athletes complete an initial evaluation before joining any membership class, are tested regularly, and undergo full retesting every 2 to 3 months. This approach helps us track progress, make programming adjustments, and ensure each athlete continues to develop safely and effectively.

The FASST evaluation can be scheduled at a time that works best for you.
