SESSION SCHEDULE
LEARN MORE
FASST 14+ Membership Training offers athletes ages 14 and up a combination of 1 hour of movement training and 1 hour of strength training, available up to 6 days per week. We provide 20 hours of training opportunities throughout the week so families and athletes can choose times that fit their schedules. Every session is led by a certified sports performance coach, capped at a 12:1 athlete-to-coach ratio, and fully individualized based on each athlete’s initial evaluation. This program is one of our most popular because it delivers high training volume at a competitive price while offering flexibility and the consistency older athletes need to keep progressing.
Key facets that make FASST 14+ different:
Individualized programming tailored to each athlete’s evaluation
Certified strength and performance coaches leading every session
A balanced approach to movement quality, speed development, strength, and power
Training structure designed to prepare athletes for high school and collegiate performance demands
Multiple weekly session options to support academic, practice, and competition schedules
Each athlete begins their evaluation with a brief warm-up followed by an FMS (Functional Movement Screening) to identify needs in movement quality, mobility, and flexibility. The FMS includes seven movements: overhead squat, hurdle step-over, inline lunge, shoulder mobility, active straight-leg raise, trunk stability push-up, and rotary stability. After the FMS, athletes complete baseline performance testing, which may include broad jump, vertical jump, approach jump (for volleyball or basketball), 10-yard sprint, 20-yard sprint, 40-yard sprint, pro-agility (5-10-5), and additional assessments as needed.
The FASST evaluation can be scheduled at a time that works best for you.
